The SKC-B160A fully automatic butt welding machine manufactured by Saemin Welding Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is suitable for welding HDPE, PP, PVDF, PVC and other plastic pipes with diameters from 63 mm to 160 mm. It is an ideal choice for water supply, gas, oil, nuclear power, marine aquaculture, and shipbuilding pipeline welding.
Frame/Heating Plate/Milling Cutter Features:
Robust and compact frame for easier and more suitable field construction;
Internationally patented clamp opening mechanism for convenient and precise pipe fixing;
New hot plate pull-out alarm for automatic and convenient separation of the hot plate from the pipe.
Automatic Controller Features：
- User-friendly interface allows operators to perform welding work easily and conveniently;
- Specific ambient temperature compensation function automatically controls heating temperature and cooling time to ensure maximum welding quality;
- Automatic site name classification function automatically categorizes and stores welding data under the same site name for convenient construction management;
- The display screen has a built-in backlight, enabling operation in low-light conditions and at night;
- The welding process can be viewed and checked on the display screen before printing;
- Built-in printer can print and check welding data;
- Printer output includes parameters such as date, external temperature, heating temperature, on-site instructions, tensile pressure, welding pressure, pipe specifications, welding result, and cooling time for easy confirmation of welding content;
- This product has obtained certification from the Korea Gas Safety Association.
