The same unit can be used with many other machines. The machine consists of a transport frame, a butt welder, a heater, and supports for the butt welder and heater. Each component is designed compactly, taking space limitations into account. Saemin machines are designed to deliver consistent joint quality every time. The semi-automatic butt welding machine is compatible with a data recorder, a device that records and logs key parameters of the fusion process. These joint records are used to verify whether the correct fusion procedure was followed before installation.
