Description
DN200 Manual welding machine, also known as 200mm manual butt fusion machine or butt welding machine, is a four-ring hand-crank butt fusion machine for PE, PP, PVDF pipes and fittings. Suitable for on-site construction and workshop prefabrication. It complies with ISO, DVS and Chinese welding standards. This four-ring frame design ensures stable clamping force during pipe welding. Equipped with independent temperature-controlled heating plate with PTFE non-stick coating and precise electronic temperature control. Auto-lock electric heater improves operation safety. Welding range DN90-200mm, net weight 54kg. Optional flange welding clamp and multi-size clamps are available.
