On December 4th (yesterday), Saemin Machinery Technology Co., LTD. (SKC) completed the entire production, assembly and inspection process of the 500mm-1200mm multi-angle welding machine and the matching band saw customized for a Vietnamese customer, and smoothly dispatched them to Vietnam to support the local municipal pipeline construction project.
This batch of equipment was custom-made for the pipeline construction needs of the Vietnamese market. It was meticulously crafted over more than 40 days. From the selection of raw materials to the processing of core components and the assembly and debugging of the entire machine, the entire process strictly adhered to the ISO9001 quality management system standards. The core advantages of the equipment are significant. It is not only compatible with various plastic pipes made of different materials such as HDPE and PPR, but also capable of hot-melt welding complex pipe fittings like elbows, tees, crosses, and Y-shaped pipes. When equipped with a band saw, it can simultaneously complete precise cutting, truly achieving "welding and cutting integration" and significantly enhancing construction efficiency.
The customer has high requirements for the adaptability and operational stability of the equipment. We ensure that both the welding accuracy and efficiency meet the standards by optimizing the hydraulic drive system and the Angle adjustment mechanism. The person in charge of the production department introduced that currently, the equipment has been packaged, boxed and smoothly dispatched. Subsequently, professional engineers will be arranged to provide remote technical guidance or on-site guidance to ensure that customers can start production quickly.
