The SKC-MA630S model welding machine can weld main pipes with outer diameters ranging from 315mm to 630mm and branch pipes with outer diameters ranging from 63mm to 315mm.
The integrated hole-punching device can conveniently and accurately complete high-quality hole-making work.
Introduction
Saddle Shaped Welding Machine is used for welding plastic pipes of different diameters, to produce pipe fittings of tee, cross, and Y-shape. Butt wedling is when two pieces of plastic pipes are placed end-to-end without overlap and then welded along the joint. (as opposed to lap joint weld where one piece of plastic pipe is laid on top of the other, or plug welding where one piece of plastic pipe is inserted into the other). Importantly, in a butt joint, the surfaces of the workpieces being jointed are on the same plane and the weld plastic remains within the plane of the surfaces.
