The SKC-MA400 Multi-Angle Butt Welding Machine is our HDPE workshop fitting welder for HDPE pipe fitting production. The full automatic welding cycle is an optional item. This model supports manual welding as standard, and not all SKC-MA400 machines come with automatic welding function. The optional automatic version can complete the full butt fusion process: heating, transfer, fusion and cooling, complying with ISO, DVS, CEN and ASTM butt fusion standards strictly. It is built for stable, repeatable high-quality fitting production in workshop. The automatic option helps reduce manual operation errors and lower operator experience requirements. It is widely used for HDPE pipe fitting fabrication eg:water supply, drainage, gas and industrial plastic pipeline projects.
Optional welding control mode: The automatic version runs the whole welding cycle automatically, including pressure holding, heating time, transfer time, fusion and cooling, with welding data logging.

Suitable for manufacturing elbows at any angle, equal-diameter standard tees, equal-diameter standard crosses, and 45° or 60° Y-type pipe fittings or fitting assemblies in the workshop;
Capable of welding pipes made of PE, PP, PPH, PVDF, and similar materials;
With optional fixtures, it supports corrugated pipe and insulation pipe fitting fabrication,same as other HDPE pipe butt fusion machine in our lineup;
