Product Introduction
The HDPE multi-angle butt welding machine is suitable for manufacturing 45° and 60° Y (y) type elbows, equal diameter tees, and equal diameter crosses at any angle in the workshop; it can weld pipes made of PP, PE, PVDF, etc.; with special configuration, it can also weld insulated pipes and corrugated pipes; the welding process parameters comply with ISO, DVS, and relevant Chinese welding standards.
Features
The butt joint is powered by hydraulics, ensuring precise pressure supply during welding. The hydraulic system also employs an advanced buffer design, making the machine run smoothly without any impact;
The worktable can be adjusted forward and backward via handwheel operation to ensure alignment during pipe welding;
The milling cutter and heating plate are hydraulically controlled for forward and backward movement;
A separate movable control console with a Siemens PLC and color touchscreen provides a user-friendly operation and settings interface;
An automatic control program can be added to automate key welding processes to ensure welding quality;
Key control components utilize internationally advanced technologies to ensure long-term, reliable operation;

Optional Add-ons Available:
Y-type clamps are not standard configuration and need to be customized according to customer requirements;
Add an independent control box with a color touch screen to record the welding process;
Add a fully automated program for key welding processes; (from heating the pipe to welding completion, this must be done simultaneously with add-ons 2 and 3 above)
Add a hydraulic flip-top elbow clamp;
