Product Introduction
CNC1200 fully-automatic butt fusion machine is designed for on-site butt fusion of large-diameter thermoplastic pipes and fittings, covering pipe size from Ø630 mm to Ø1200 mm. Built with heavy-duty integrated frame and dual independent hydraulic circuits, this machine supports full-automatic workflow including facing, heating, fusion and pressure-holding cooling. Equipped with handheld touch control unit, onboard printer and USB data export function, it delivers complete weld data traceability for high-standard pipeline projects.
Features
3+1 Modular Clamp Structure:
One clamp assembly can be entirely removed for 3-clamp operation, shortening clamping span for short-spigot fittings. All outer clamps adopt hydraulic opening-closing & hydraulic locking to prevent pipe slippage.
Multi-layer Segmented Reduction Inserts:
Independent positioning for each insert layer with staggered threaded holes. Single-layer installation & removal available without taking apart the whole insert set, improving size-changing efficiency and clamping stability.
Dual-circuit Hydraulic System:
Fusion main circuit and auxiliary movement circuit work separately. Auxiliary actions (facing tool / heater travel) will not interfere fusion pressure control, ensuring stable pressure and consistent weld quality.
Full-hydraulic Actuation:
Facing tool, heater plate, heater protective cover and tool carriage are all hydraulically driven. No heavy manual handling of heater or milling cutter during welding cycles, lowering labor intensity and safety risks.
Detachable handheld touch panel with guided operation workflow. Supports standard DVS 2207-1 procedure as well as custom fusion parameters. Non-standard weld will be automatically labelled for easy quality screening.
Complete Weld Data Traceability:
Automatically stores project name, operator, pipe dimension, SDR, wall thickness, temperature, pressure-time curve for each joint. Supports on-site hard-copy printing and USB electronic data export, meeting international project acceptance requirements.
Multi-layer Safety Protection:
Emergency stop, phase-sequence detection, heater protective cover, pre-changeover audible alarm, component homing check and clamp interlock logic to avoid mechanical collision and equipment damage.
Rugged Site-oriented Construction:
Heavy-duty welded frame with factory-designated lifting lugs, suitable for field hoisting. Reliable performance under harsh site conditions with operating temperature down to -10℃.
