Configuration and Features
Flexible Frame and Fixture Configuration
The standard configuration includes a dedicated frame compatible with pipes with an outer diameter of up to 1600mm. Internal fixtures can be selected to accommodate smaller pipe sizes, allowing for welding across the entire 1000mm-1600mm diameter range without requiring additional machine replacement, significantly improving the equipment's versatility and utilization.
Optional high-efficiency Heating Plates component
The core Heating Plates component is used for precise heating of the pipe end face, ensuring uniform melting. Two configurations are available: an automatically tilting heating plates and a manually lifted heating plates. The automatically tilting heating plates is directly installed on the frame, eliminating the need for manual handling, reducing operational intensity, and improving construction efficiency; the manually lifted heating plates is suitable for special construction scenarios, offering flexibility and convenience.
Precision Milling Component Configuration
Equipped with professional milling components for milling the pipe end face, ensuring a smooth, burr-free surface, providing a high-quality bonding base for subsequent welding. This also supports optional tilting and manually lifted milling cutters. The tilting milling cutter is mounted on the frame for integrated operation, resulting in higher milling precision and faster efficiency. The manually lifted milling cutter is suitable for complex construction environments, offering greater adaptability.
Configurable transport components
The transport components are designed for manual lifting of heating plates and manual lifting of milling cutters, for convenient storage and handling, reducing component wear and operational inconvenience; if an automatic tilting hot plate and tilting milling cutter are selected, this component will be eliminated from the machine, simplifying the machine structure and improving the overall integration.
Stable Power and Control Core
The core power and control system consists of a hydraulic power unit and an electrical control box, with a scientifically designed layout. The hydraulic power unit is installed at the rear of the frame, providing stable and powerful hydraulic power to ensure uniform pressure throughout the clamping, docking, and welding processes. Depending on the configuration, the electrical control box is installed on the transport frame or at the rear of the frame (adapting to hot plate and milling cutter tilting methods), integrating high-voltage control and core control modules to ensure stable operation and precise control.
Convenient and Safe Handheld Operation Box
Equipped with a lightweight and convenient handheld operation box (referred to as the handheld box), featuring a color display screen and an intuitive interface. It also integrates an emergency stop button and a buzzer, ensuring comprehensive operational safety. The handheld box connects to the PLC and various control modules inside the electrical control box via a reliable connection cable, enabling easy and safe human-machine interaction. It can automatically complete the entire welding process without complex manual intervention. Furthermore, it supports the addition of value-added accessories such as printers, USB data output, satellite positioning, and data transmission, enabling functions such as welding data traceability and remote monitoring, adapting to high-end engineering needs.
