Products Features
Highly functional design, machine consists of clamp (body), hydraulic controller, trimmer, heater, holder (for holding trimmer and heater), and optional accessories.
Heater features independent temperature control, and PTFE surface coating.
Heating control with precision and stable electronic temperature control device.
Electric heater can lock automatically, safer and more reliable.
Operation
Use rollers or brackets to level the pipe, adjust the concentricity, use fixtures to correct the pipe's out-of-roundness, and leave sufficient welding distance.
Mill the welding surface to a sufficient thickness to ensure the welding section is smooth and parallel, and guarantee that the gap between the mating end faces is less than 0.3mm. The misalignment is less than 10% of the wall thickness at the welding point. Re-milling is necessary when re-clamping.
Place the heating plate. Under the condition of ensuring that the heating plate is closely attached to the welding end face, start the heat absorption timer.
Switching butt welding: Within the specified time, open the heating plate, immediately fit the welding surface, and quickly increase the pressure to the welding pressure. High-pressure collision is strictly prohibited.
Disassemble the pipe components. After the cooling time is reached, reduce the pressure to zero and disassemble the welded pipe components.
