The 500mm Fully Automatic Butt Fusion Welding Machine with Trailer is a high-performance, fully automatic butt welding machine designed specifically for field operations. Equipped with an integrated trailer, it can weld large-diameter thermoplastic pipes from 250 mm to 500 mm. It is an ideal welding solution for municipal water supply, gas transmission, mining engineering, marine engineering, and other field construction projects.

The display is equipped with back-lighting. This will enable operator to work in poor lighting and at night;
You can check and review fusion process data on the display before printing;
The built-in printer can print and check fusion data;
Printer output data including dates, external temperature, heating temperature, the site data, tensile pressure, fusion pressure, pipe material specification, fusion results, cooling time etc. Those parameters that can be used to confirm the fusion process.

As a fully automatic hot melt butt fusion machine, this product adopts an intelligent control system. The operator simply enters the pipe specifications, and the machine automatically completes the entire process: clamping, facing, heating, joining, and cooling. Compared with manual or semi-automatic equipment, fully automatic welding increases efficiency by 3–4 times while eliminating human error, ensuring each weld meets standardized quality requirements.
Wide Material Compatibility
The machine is suitable for butt fusion welding of various thermoplastic pipes and fittings, including HDPE (high-density polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride). With a broad welding range of 250mm to 500mm, it meets the diverse needs of medium to large-scale pipeline projects.
Robust Performance in Harsh Environments
Field construction often faces adverse factors such as wind, sand, humidity, and unstable power supply. This machine operates reliably in ambient temperatures from -5°C to 60°C. It is recommended to use a UPS voltage stabilizer to cope with unstable generator output, ensuring consistent welding quality. For rainy or snowy conditions, a mobile shelter is advised to prevent contamination or moisture on the weld joint.
