What is Multi Angle Welding Machine?
A multi angle welding machine (also known as workshop fitting machine / multi-angle butt fusion machine) is a specialized thermoplastic pipe welding equipment designed exclusively for workshop fabrication of pipe fittings. It is typically used together with a multi-angle band saw to complete the whole process: first cut the pipe at any angle, then weld into finished fittings.
It is professionally used for welding PE, HDPE, PP, PPR, PVDF pipes to make elbows, tees, crosses, Y-type and other angle fittings (45°, 60°, 90°) in pipe manufacturing workshops. Unlike general welding machines, it is a butt fusion welding machine dedicated to plastic pipes, with precise angle control and stable heating system to ensure strong and leak-free joints.
