The 1600mm HDPE saddle welder is designed for efficient welding of large-diameter HDPE pipes and fittings with different diameters. It is suitable for main pipes ranging from 800-1600mm and branch pipes from 315-800mm, making it ideal for municipal water supply, gas transmission, and industrial piping systems. The machine is reliably designed and highly precise, ensuring strong, reliable, and leak-proof saddle welds even under harsh construction conditions.

Large-Diameter Compatibility & High Precision Control: Main pipe capacity up to 1600mm, branch pipe range configurable per project (e.g., 315–800mm). PLC+touch screen control system with real-time monitoring of temperature (±1°C), pressure, and fusion time; automatic data logging and printout for quality traceability. Heating plate with Teflon coating prevents material sticking, max temperature 270°C adjustable.;

Integrated Hydraulic System: Fully hydraulic clamping, lifting, and tapping mechanisms ensure uniform pressure distribution; pressure compensation avoids weak joints caused by uneven clamping. Drill motor with overload protection for safe, clean tapping after fusion;

Durable & Site-Ready Design: Heavy-duty steel frame with anti-corrosion coating, suitable for outdoor and workshop use (-10°C to 45°C operating temperature). Modular structure for easy transportation, assembly, and maintenance. CE, ISO certified, with safety interlocks to prevent misoperation.
