SKC-MA630B multi-angle pipe band saw is a heavy-duty workshop plastic pipe cutting equipment developed by Saemin Welding, specially designed for angle cutting of plastic pipes with outer diameter up to DN630. The whole machine strictly complies with EU safety standards 98/37/EC and 73/23/EEC, perfectly matched with our full series butt fusion machines for integrated pipe fitting prefabrication production lines.
This band saw is exclusively tailored for PE, PPR, thermal insulation casing and other thermoplastic pipes, widely used for blanking and pre-cutting before manufacturing elbows, tees, cross fittings and branch pipe fittings in factory workshops. It supports customized cutting at preset angles and sizes, effectively cutting raw material waste and greatly lifting the processing efficiency of subsequent hot melt welding procedures. Users can equip optional external rounding fixtures and full-size internal pipe clamps to satisfy diversified sawing demands of various non-standard pipe specifications.
